In virtue of Law 34/2002, for Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, we inform that this website is property of ASOCIACIÓN DE GUÍAS OFICIALES DE TURISMO DE BURGOS (from now on “AGTB”), with domicile in Plaza Virgen del Manzano, 12, 09004, de Burgos and CIF nº G-09411158.

Content protection

All contents in this website, including text, brands, flagships, logos, pictures, graphics and designs are property of ASOCIACIÓN DE GUÍAS OFICIALES DE TURISMO DE BURGOS and are protected by the existing regulations with regard to Intellectual Property. In no case, the access to the site by the user grants him any right over the content, not even for its mere reproduction or personal usage.

Privacy policy

AGTB informs website users about its policy with respect to processing and protection of personal data that could be obtained from users and customers due to navigation or service hiring through the website. In this sense, AGTB guarantees the compliance with the existing regulations in terms of personal data protection, contained in the Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December for Personal Data Protection and the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of the 21st December through which the Ruling for the Development of the PDP law is approved. The usage of this website implies the acceptance of this privacy policy.

Data compilation, aim and data treatment

AGTB must inform its website users about the compilation of personal data that can occur, either when contacting by email or when filling in the forms in the website. Accordingly, AGTB will be considered responsible for the data gathered by the previously described means. Moreover, AGTB informs users that the aim of processing the gathered data seeks: attending requests and queries from users, service provision, booking management and other possible arrangements related to the activity conducted by AGTB. The transactions, arrangements and other technical procedures that take place, either automatically or not, and which enable the compilation, storage, modification, transfer and other actions related to personal data, are considered personal data processing. All personal data gathered through the AGTB website and thus, catalogued as personal data processing, will be included in the files declared to the Spanish Agency for Data Protection by AGTB.

Communication of information to third parties

AGTB informs its users that their personal data will not be submitted to third parties, with the caveat that this submission is secured by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies a contractual relationship with a data processing operator. In this latter case, the submission of data to a third party will only take place after AGTB has the express consent of the user.

User rights

The Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 of December for Personal Data Protection grants the interested ones the possibility to exercise several rights related to the processing of their personal data. From time to time, the data from users are subject to processing by AGTB. The users are able to exercise the rights of access, adjustment, cancellation or refusal in accordance to what is stipulated in the existing regulations for personal data processing. In order to make use of these rights, the user must address, by written notice and attaching identity documents (ID or passport), to the following address: Asociación de Guías Oficiales de Turismo de Burgos Plaza Virgen del Manzano, 12, 09004, Burgos, or by email to guiasdeturismoburgos@gmail.com. This notice must include the following information: name and surname of the user, the request petition and the supporting data. The exercise of rights must be done by the own user. Nevertheless, an authorised person as legal representative could exercise them too. In this case, the documents that certify this representation must be provided.
